What peptides are being researched for improving sleep quality?

Several peptides are under investigation for sleep enhancement including DSIP, which may promote deep slow-wave sleep, and Epitalon, a synthetic peptide that regulates melatonin production and circadian rhythm. Growth hormone secretagogues like CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and Sermorelin are also studied for their ability to enhance slow-wave sleep by increasing growth hormone release. Research into sleep peptides is still in early stages, and long-term human studies on safety and efficacy are limited.
