How does water volume affect peptide dose accuracy?

The volume of bacteriostatic water added directly determines the concentration of your peptide solution, which impacts dosing precision. Using too little water creates a highly concentrated solution where small measurement errors can cause significant overdosing, while too much water may require injection volumes that exceed syringe capacity. For most protocols, 2mL for 5mg vials or 2-3mL for 10mg vials provides an optimal balance between measurement accuracy and practical injection volumes.
