How do I prepare peptide injections using sterile technique?
Begin by washing hands thoroughly and working on a clean surface disinfected with alcohol. Wipe the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water with alcohol swabs before each use. When adding diluent, inject slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, then gently swirl without shaking until fully dissolved. Always use a new sterile needle for each vial access and injection, and allow the alcohol-swabbed injection site to dry completely before administering.
