What are the best injection sites for subcutaneous peptide injections?

The abdomen is the most commonly recommended site, staying at least 2 inches away from the navel where adequate fatty tissue exists. The outer thigh (middle third of the front/outer area) and upper outer arm are also effective sites. Choose areas where you can easily pinch a fold of skin, and use a 45-degree needle angle for most body types or 90 degrees if you have more subcutaneous fat.
